Restore_current_blog

You know, the performance issues of
restore_current_blog() while using that many times:

please, just make available another function, i.e.
restore_current_blog()
which can be executed only once, after the final loop, and that will be good.

It's certainly a valid point and one that has come up before. One possible solution was suggested in #37958 the other day, so I'm closing this one as a duplicate.
