Title of image change with 4.6.1 problem

Description

With the update 4.6.1 the image imported in media the file name is with uppuercase is imported in lowcase. Ex. DSC_0303.jpg = dsc_0303 or "Image Test.jpg" = image-test.
Is possible resolution?
