Description

Letters 'Đ' (U+0110, Latin capital letter D with stroke) and 'đ' (U+0111, Latin small letter d with stroke) are transcribed to 'D' and 'd'.

Instead they should be transcribed to: 'DJ' and 'dj', respectively, at least in Serbian language.

For reference, from ​https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/D_with_stroke:

When a true đ is not available or desired, it is transcribed as dj in modern Serbo-Croatian, and as gj in Macedonian.
