Media Title automatically changes to undesired formats

Hi,

In latest WordPress 4.6.1, when we upload the image file name, say "The Green Forrest.jpg", in the title field, it automatically changes to "the-green-forrest". With all auto added those lower case and hyphens, that is complete tedious to manually re-format back to "The Green Forrest".

Previous version was okay, but not this.

Please fix this as soon as possible in the next update.
