Description
When you go to approve, delete or spam a comment, the page that asks you to confirm says something like "You are about to approve the following comment: ... Are you sure you want to do that?" and then shows a pair of "[Yes]" "[No]" buttons.
Even better would be something like:
You are about to approve the following comment: ...
[Approve this comment] [Don't approve now]
The problem with the Yes & No buttons is that the user has to notice or remember what the question is. If the user clicks on delete but thinks that they clicked on approve, they will pick "yes".
Another alternative, is to show all the options for the comment in one place and only highlight the option selected from the email. This would let the user get used to "delete" being the 2nd of three choices and hit the right one.
Ciao!
Uhh, it says on that page that you're referencing (and it's in your explanation):
"You are about to approve the following comment: ... Are you sure you want to do that?" and then shows a pair of "[Yes]" "[No]" buttons.
I don't think the user would have to pause, as it says right there "You are about to approve the following comment."
