It is not possible to filter posts by category or date on mobile devices

Description

On mobile devices, this css rule hides the actions available at the top of the posts list table. This is not a major issue for bulk actions as the we can find them at the bottom of the list table, but filters (category, date) are totally hidden.

In the proposed patch, as also removed the rule for .tablenav .view-switch (it seems that is has no effect on the view switch in the media library, but I may have missed another list table where it is used.
