Unable to add more then 3 controls in Theme Customizer API

Theme customizer api not allowing more then 3 controls in a section. It should allow multiple controls in a single section.

@lpkapil008 there should be no limit to the number of controls that can be added to a section. You'll have to provide more details.

It works, might be conflict from other plugins code.
