No Categories show when Add/Edit Link on Blogroll

Description

In the Admin page, click Blogroll -> Add Link and the Categories list is empty.
I have existing categories, and links in them, but the do not appear when adding a link, or editing an existing link.

Hmm... I have this too. Just "Uncategorized" but I know I have another (the default that you can't delete) link category.

I cannot reproduce this bug, using the current development version. What version were you using? Do you have any plugins that would modify link categories?
