Reset Password - not possible to hide the new password

Description

It is not possible to hide the password when you want to reset the password via the "Lost my Password-Mail".

Same situation when a new User was added and this person gets a mail where he/she can change the password.

When you install WordPress, or when you want to change your password via the backend, you have the option to hide the password.

38569.diff is a first take on a possible implementation.

I think providing the "Hide" text alongside the icon makes sense generally, but in this case we might be good simply showing the icon inline with the field as this is a common design pattern with password fields. Probably needs some CSS adjustments, but it's the direction I would go for.
