wpadminbar is not using the current color scheme in frontend

Description

If I use an alternate color scheme it is used in the backend including the wpadminbar. But the wpadminbar is still using the dark gray on the frontend. The chosen color scheme is ignored.

That's actually on purpose, see #26711 and #26021. You may want to give ​https://wordpress.org/plugins/admin-bar-color/ a try.
