The number of times I accidentally do apply:31245 instead of patch:31245...

It'd be super handy to have this as an additional alias.

Build/Test tools: Add "apply" as alias for "patch"

The command applies a patch, so apply makes just as much sense. Additionally, this is to help translate dev tools into Australian.
