Description
In the last theme meeting we discussed changing the title of the "Header Visuals" section in the Customizer to make it sound less awkward and potentially make it easier to translate. Of the suggestions, "Header Media" seemed to be the preferred option.

38756.diff renames the "Header Visuals" section to "Header Media" when video support is added to a theme.

38756.diff looks good. @helen pointed out that "Media" also makes more sense than "Visuals" since title/tagline are arguably also “header visuals”.

I agree "Header Media" is an improvement, and is consistent with how we refer to other image/video items in core. For reference, here was the Slack conversation .
