Descriptions for two settings are different than their usage

Description

We use name Tagline for a value in blogdescription, while default_category is default category for posts, like its label on Options > Writing says.

Not sure if there are reasons for them to be different in what currently amounts to REST API usage but they are indeed “tagline” and “default post category” in the rest of the admin.
