'Add New Theme' option to customizer

Hey,

This is a feature request. When using customizer to for making smaller tweaks, an option to add more themes should be given. (I think)

We could simply add a button with a hyperlink to /wp-admin/theme-install.php
OR we could play around a little more and add a more engaging customizer screen like the theme preview.
