WordPress page file uploading bug

Description

At first I thought I'm crazy here, and what the hell is happening here. But now, I understand - Avada newest 5.0.6 has a bug somewhere, and everything I upload from page it uploads to 2015/02 uploads folder. Or maybe it is even WordPress bug. As now it is 2016/12. Somewhy it attaches to page creation date, not todays date.
