When you scroll down from the Home page, any text entered displays twice.

Can you specify the theme and also steps for replicating the issue. I checked in twentyseventeen theme, but couldn't replicate this issue.

Based on the screenshot this is the Twenty Seventeen theme. The theme shows the front page content first, and all the panels afterwards. Now, on your site it seems like you've chosen the front page as the first panel, which is why the content is duplicated.

@fasttrax: You can fix this by deselecting that page in the front page section content under Appearance -> Customize.

Note: Ideally, this shouldn't be possible, but maybe someone created a child theme that only shows panels, where this might make more sense again.
