Description
At the moment Ctrl/Cmd K brings up the inline link toolbar but only in Visual view.
It would be handy to have the same working when in Text view.

Hey @srikat! Thanks for the ticket—I think it's a good idea. The editor component is in maintenance mode which means we won't be adding any new features to it. If you would like, you can open a feature request issue for the new block editor over in the Gutenberg repository.
