Twenty Seventeen: Rename "Sidebar" widget area for clarity

Description

There is a separate bug about the "Sidebar" widget area customizer section always showing even though it shouldn't, but in investigating that, it felt like that widget area could use a more specific name to reduce confusion, especially since it may contain the same or similar widgets as the footer widget areas. "Blog Sidebar" is probably the most precise, as it only shows on blog posts and archives (including the page for posts).

  • Keywords has-patch added

Simple enough. Since the sidebar areas use a slug "sidebar-x" when they are called throughout the theme, only thing that needs to change here is the title/description, which shouldn't impact anything else.

Twenty Seventeen: Rename "Sidebar" widget area for clarity

Renames the "Sidebar" widget area to "Blog Sidebar" and adjust its description to set better expectations for users as to where it appears in the theme.
