Consider making the 'changes lost' message within the experience

I think it would be a more consistent experience to not have a default pop-up box and have this message within the Customizer:

My thinking here is a cohesive experience and means the user is emersed, we can also tailor the message.

@karmatosed Unfortunately the dialog UI and message are provided by the browser. They cannot be customized… even in the customizer. See also ​http://stackoverflow.com/a/276739/93579

@westonruter thanks for the links. I can see how this means we can't customize them so I'll close this for now.
