3	3	I would say the deliverable in terms of this trac ticket should be an on boarding actual process, that's what this ticket says not a PDF. It also makes sense to focus on how do you get to a patch? How can you work on something smaller and iterate? I understand the attractiveness of working on something large, but really working out a path for fixing would be better.
