Background: #37290

Since [38057], some plugin and theme install/update strings have a context to allow for differentiation between theme and plugin translations.

Some strings, however, are still used for both plugins and themes, e.g. "Updated!". They should have a context as well.

What about the "Deleted!" string? "Updated!" is used with different context already.
