Hello @saeed205, thanks for the bug report. Is the issue that the button text is overflowing outside the button and the button should be bigger? Also, can you explain how you reach this screen, is this media->new or are you in a post inserting media?

Hi,

It should be OK in RTL,
What is your current theme ?
Please change your theme to default one, like twentyfifteen and also disable your plugins temporary
And check it again
