Fully agreee with Aaron here. We can add the has-alot keyword now, but we should not remove the corresponding needs keyword, as alot is a need that can never truly be satisfied.

Our test suite has grown quite large, so this issue (edit: #40008) is perhaps best understood visually. alot-of-canola.png​ is a representation of the current state of the test suite, and alotoftests.png​ is more like where we want to be. Except with more tests.

Since no one really knows what a "canola" looks like, I have decided that a corn emoji is an acceptable stand-in.

Curiously, there is a linear relationship between the highest ticket number and the approximate total number of tickets. I wonder if this will continue to hold over time?
