Remove the twentysixteen git clone from the Travis config

Chatting with @netweb we realised that the git clone of TwentySixteen (introduced in #34315) is now useless since the theme used during tests was switched to themedir1/default in #31550.

This git clone unnecessarily slows down the builds on Travis.
