Description
Change wording on delete to stop and delete.
This message says:
Why don't the links say that? Or better why don't they say 'Delete' and 'Don't delete' - or something that doesn't need an explanation?

This seems still valid that we cannot change this and it is represented in many parts of WordPress. Here's one other instance: https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/blob/cc4a86d8bff2f6c4b6748232d40eca55c7d168a4/src/wp-admin/includes/meta-boxes.php#L1081
Given the OS complications, going to mark this maybelater and close.

That's the default confirm dialog which can't be changed. We'd need a custom modal, see #34816 for a similar issue.
