Description

Multisite with subdomains and domain mapping ​https://evasellshomes.com

New install created. Appearance > Customize no issues

change permalinks to Post Name

Appearance > Customize > blank preview panel with message evasellshomes.com redirected you too many times.

Change back to Plain Permalinks and customizer loads preview window with no issues

@chris10ssmith what are the details on the domain mapping you have? Note there is a known issue with the customizer and the siteurl and home options not matching. See #39128. There is a ​workaround plugin referenced on that ticket that seems to alleviate the symptoms for the underlying issue on that ticket, and it may help alleviate your symptoms as well. Nevertheless, it sounds like your underlying issue is different.

You said this is a multisite install. Is the issue happening on the primary site or on one of the subdomain sites?

Can you look at the network console to see which URLs are being repeatedly redirected to?
