menu_order and post_name should be included in export/import

Description
The current format of WordPress extended RSS does not include menu_order of posts(Pages). And importing WXR code does not treat post_name, although WXR format includes wp:post_name element. If this is not intended, I hope menu_order and post_name will be included because they are very important properties.
