Description

I'm use PHPStorm and I have PHP Style format set to WordPress style.

During reformat code I have long list of changes. For example: wp-includes/formatting.php

Thanks for the patch but WordPress generally discourages code refactoring just for the sake of formatting cleanup. Coding style fixes should be a result of more substantial changes: https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/contribute/code-refactoring/.
