Getting 100/100 Pagespeed with wordpress

Description
We are a Website development agency in Vietnam and starting last year, many of my customers asked for pagespeed and they need atleast 90/100... and it nearly impossible.
For example my website at https://mona.media it have nothings special to slow my site down, and you can see my loading speed is really fast but:
- WP header including jquery.js or other plugin css/js, that is why we get this "Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content"
-> Should we change wp-head to footer?
- WP or other website need to use third party lib like: google analytics, google font... and that's why we get "Leverage browser caching"
- "Prioritize visible content"
-> serious guy, I have no idea what the hell is it
