Focus permalink is impossible without doing SHIFT + TAB from TinyMCE

Description

Hi,

In post or page administration, keyboard users can't access to permalink or "Edit" permalink button with normal TAB navigation.
When I'm on the "title" field, if I press TAB, I go to TinyMCE field and not to permalink. I can TAB all the links and fields in the page but not permalink.

When I'm in TinyMCE, I can do SHIFT + TAB and go to permalink. That's the only solution I found but that's not really intuitive. A blind person can't imagine there is something between "title" field and "content" field.

I can't find why is this working this way.

Thanks @juliemoynat, this issue is already tracked in #29838. Worth noting also that with the new editor (Gutenberg) many things will change in this screen.

Ok, I didn't find it :) Thank you @afercia
