Unable to attached media in new post/page

Hello there,

I have some issues adding media using the "Add Media" function when creating a new page/post.

The media selected will not display on the editor. I noticed the following error in Chrome inspector:

POST ​http://stss.org.sg/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php/load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,plupload&ver=4.7.4:4 404 NOT FOUND

Sounds like you are using a plugin that tries to change how scripts are loaded in the admin. The URL you pasted looks like the standard WP URL except the /admin-ajax.php part. If you remove it the scripts are outputted properly.

Try disabling any caching plugins, or all plugins one by one until you find the plugin with the error, then contact the plugin's authors.

Are you still having this issue? If yes, did you disable all plugins and switch to a default theme? If yes, please let us know so we can investigate further.
