Feedback on widgets saved

Description

Not sure if I'm the only one seeing this UX oversight but there's no feedback when a user makes changes to a widget.

The turning knob is not enough and just signifies processing, we should let the user know when the processing is done and DB updated.

Possible feedback:

  1. Show a "Changes saved" text.

  1. Use the same method from Customizer where it would detect when a change is made; after the change is saved it would make the button disabled until another change is made.
