Clicking More Details in Add Plugins page shows old version of Plugin Directory page

If you click the More Details link below the Install/Activate button of any plugin listed on the Add Plugins page, it opens a modal with the corresponding page in the plugin directory. However, in 4.8 this still uses the old styling, not the new plugin directory theme that was launched recently.

If this was only a visual thing it wouldn't be much of an issue, but the old style also displays different statistics than the new design. It would be nice to bring this in line with what it looks like on wordpress.org/plugins.
