Description

WordPress is still seen as a blogging platform instead of a CMS solution for many people. I believe we could stop saying "Happy blogging" in wp-config.php and welcome to another better expression. I'm not an English speaker so I'm not sure what could be a better sentence. Happy content editing? Happy CMSing? Happy writing?

In 44455:

General: Replace "Happy blogging" with "Happy publishing".

As of this commit, WordPress is no longer a simple blogging platform. It's now a comprehensive publishing solution.

This also replaces a couple of other "blog" references that were missed previously.
