Upload Plugin and Upload Theme should have drag and drop file upload facility.

Description

When we are adding plugin and theme from zip file, there is aready simple browse and upload facility. but there should be drag and drop facility as well as simple brwose upload facility. It will be more helpful. May i know what is your opinions?
