UserAccess Configurable for Private Post

I think is a good idea add in options, an option for select the UserAccess than can read private post. For example, i want in my blog than all registered users can read private posts, and maybe other guy want in his blog add only authors, editors and admins can read private posts..

Uh, only people with read_private_posts can read private posts. I don't see what you're saying -- use role manager. I think you're thinking of user levels, which are deprecated now.
