Previously: #40407

Now that 4.8 is stable, the testing of the 4.7 branch on Travis should be trimmed in order to keep the build times down for point releases.

In 41307:

Build/Test tools: Trim the test matrix on Travis in order to speed up the 4.7 branch build.

This removes the PHP 7.0, 5.5, 5.4, 5.3, and nightly jobs.
