Error 505 when attaching image as Editor

Description
We receive a Browser Error 505 in IE, Chrome, and Safari when attempting to attach an image file to an item when logged in with the Role of Editor. We receive no error when logged in with the Role of Administrator. We can Upload the Image file without issue, but receive the error when we attempt to Attach the file to an item.
