Embed state (i.e., The insert from URL pane) for inserting a header background video

Customizing - Header Media

Header video - No video selected. The add media modul pops up showing the Media Library and the Upload Files tab. This means only local videos can be added.

There is a separate setting for entering a video "Or, enter a YouTube URL:"

Another option is to merge the two settings by adding the embed state (i.e., The insert from URL pane) for inserting a header background video. We could then just click to add a video not thinking about if it is local or external file.
