Add option to make editor bigger in Text Widget

I editor size of the Text Widget is too small, I think maybe it would be great to make it bigger if user desires, or make it full screen.

It's supposed to be small, because widgets are generally appear in narrow sidebars. This is also why there are only a few buttons in the TinyMCE toolbar.
