The help tab text in
https://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/src/wp-admin/edit-form-advanced.php?marks=379#L379 says:
'You can insert media files by clicking the icons above the post editor ...'
where it should better be
' ... by clicking the button above '
If it's a reference to the "Add media" button above the editor?

I guess Gutenberg would change things here, but let's correct the text in the meantime :)

References the icons we used back in the day, we've since moved to using a button as you mention so we should update our help text to reflect this.
