Hi-
On our site www.ifm.org we have masquerading abilities, however it doesn't work right. When you masquerade as someone and add an item to the cart, yet then quit masquerading and go back to your own account, that item will then be in your cart. Also, when you are masquerading as someone, your username will populate into their suffix box.

Hi @kristyrae21! It sounds like you're either using a plugin to create this masquerading feature, or it was something custom built for you. WordPress doesn't have this functionality built-in.
If you're using a plugin, you'll want to get in touch with the plugin author, or post on https://wordpress.org/support/. If your site was built for you, you'll want to contact the people that built it.
