RSS Error: WP HTTP Error: cURL error 28: timed out before SSL handshake

i changed php.ini to "max_input_time = 1000" is not a solution

its only in English (United States) not in German

Hi,

This error shows up if your site is unable to perform external RSS grabs (to fetch the RSS feed), or there's a slowness somewhere causing it to take too long to respond.

I'm not seeing any errors at the moment, please feel free to get back to us if you do have more information though, but as of right now I'll mark this as worksforme.

This is a sreenshot from a local installation. I don't care about the error itself (some misconfiguration surely), but nobody should see these numbers, if avoidable..
