Description
Currently, a plugin cannot easily modify the default tabs in the upload manager.
A small filter tweak gives greater control.
Attached patch is backward compatible for all plugins that use filters correctly (those that modify data rather than replacing a whole chunk of data they don't own) and does not effect core at all.
