"Save changes" button doesn't work

Description
In Page Builder mode, in the Text Block editing window, the Save Changes button changes the appearance of the text in the non-editing window, but doesn't actually save the changes. When I click Update, the text reverts to what it was before I started.
If I switch to Classic Mode, I can make and save changes that are retained when I switch to Page Builder mode, but this is a rather cumbersome work flow.

By your description it sounds like you are using a page builder of some kind, you should contact the author of that page builder about this issue, as it is not a problem with the core WordPress software, alternatively create a topic on our support forums where one of our volunteers can help you look into the issues you are experiencing.
