    9 Saving a CSS file works properly, but ANY php file crashes WAMP/Apache/MySQL. Whatever is different between saving a CSS file and saving a PHP file, is what's causing the issue. I also tried multiple PHP files, footer.php, header.php, all crash in the same way. All CSS files however, saved properly.
