    77It seems the "fix" you've created treats CSS and PHP files differently when editing, and that's what's causing the issue...

    9 How is a novice coder like myself supposed to debug a core Wordpress issue? I'll try to create a ticket, but it's that the "fix" you added is what's causing the issue, and IMO should be of concern because it will likely affect thousands of other Windows users.
