Description
I am trying to add Page template in my theme which is not being displayed on my admin pages. So please check this. Issue comes after updating the wordpress to 4.9 Same theme works fine in wordpress 4.8.x

This is due to an issue that will be fixed in 4.9.1 - #42573
The list of templates is cached, as a temporary measure, you can clear the cache by bumping the version of your theme.
