Description

Hello team,

I recently updated to 4.9 and came to know this issue. The select all functionality stop working on plugins, pages, posts, media everywhere. Also at some pages I am not able to close notification or messages. The help, and screen options at top right corner got effected too.

I didn't find any issue reported regarding the same. If anyone has already reported this please correct me.

I also didnt find any time to offer you solution for this, however I will update this ticket if I will able to make it.

Thanks.

Hey @pkbhatt,
If you're not experiencing any issues without plugins and just using the default themes, then it sounds like one of your plugins or theme is causing a Javascript error which is preventing other Javascript running.

You'll need to enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that's causing the issue and report it to the plugin author. You may also find details in the browser Javascript console which identifies a plugin.

As this doesn't appear to be a core issue, I'm going to close this ticket, however if you find anything which shows that WordPress core is at fault, you can re-open the ticket.

Note: See TracTickets for help on using tickets.
