Email field should have description on current user panel from admin side.

When we open general tab of settings from admin side there is an email field with the description about how to update new email with existing email id like ( If you change this email we will send you an email at your new address to confirm it. The new address will not become active until confirmed.).

This should be same as for the current user edit panel from admin side.
